Ranch Roasted Potatoes - Weight Watchers

  • 2 lbs. potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 pumps Pam Superior No Stick Cooking Spray
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 

  2. Peel potatoes and cut into bite size pieces. Add them to a mixing bowl. 

  3. In a small bowl add the chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir together. 

  4. Spray potatoes with 3 pumps of Pam and add half of the seasoning mix. Stir the potatoes. 

  5. Spray potatoes with 3 more pumps of Pam and add the rest of the seasoning mix. Stir the potatoes. 

  6. Spread potatoes onto a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.

  7. Remove potatoes from the oven and stir them. Spray two more pumps of the Pam and put the potatoes back in the oven for 15 minutes. 

  8. Remove from oven and enjoy!
