Core and slice the apple. I cut mine into 24 slices.
In a small bowl stir together PB2 powder and water. You might have to add a few extra drops of water so you’re able to drizzle it on the apples. Dip a fork in the mixture and drizzle it over the apples.
Microwave the dark chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl. I typically stir the chocolate in 30-second intervals, but since it’s so small it only took 45 seconds to melt. Dip a fork in the chocolate and drizzle it over the apples.
Add the mallow bits to the apples. Use 1-2 tablespoons depending on how many you want. I stayed closer to 1 tablespoon.
Put peanuts in a zip-lock bag and smash them with a meat mallet. Add to the apples.
