Apple Nachos - Weight Watchers Freestyle

Yield: 2 servings (2 Freestyle points per serving)

Ingredients
  • 1 apple (I used a Honeycrisp apple)
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 Powder
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 individual Hershey's sugar-free dark chocolate
  • 1-2 tablespoons Jet-Puffed Mallow Bits, Vanilla
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanuts
Instructions
  1. Core and slice the apple. I cut mine into 24 slices.

  2. In a small bowl stir together PB2 powder and water. You might have to add a few extra drops of water so you’re able to drizzle it on the apples. Dip a fork in the mixture and drizzle it over the apples.

  3. Microwave the dark chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl. I typically stir the chocolate in 30-second intervals, but since it’s so small it only took 45 seconds to melt. Dip a fork in the chocolate and drizzle it over the apples.

  4. Add the mallow bits to the apples. Use 1-2 tablespoons depending on how many you want. I stayed closer to 1 tablespoon.

  5. Put peanuts in a zip-lock bag and smash them with a meat mallet. Add to the apples.
