  • Turkey lunch meat
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • Thin sliced veggies. I used red pepper, cucumber and carrots
  1. Lay your turkey flat. 

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of hummus.

  3. Add some of the vegetables 1 inch from the bottom of the turkey.

  4. Roll up the turkey starting from the bottom.
