  • 16 oz. Rigatoni pasta
  • 30 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup fat free chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the directions on the box. 

  2. In a medium sauce pan add the tomato sauce, chicken broth, dried minced onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

  3. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and add to the sauce. Stir occasionally until the cream cheese is melted. 

  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and spinach. Cook 5 more minutes. 

  5. Add the pasta to the sauce and stir together.
