  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon imitation vanilla
  • 2 Splenda packets
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 powder
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free strawberry preserves
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, vanilla and Splenda.

  2. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper. Add the yogurt mixture.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the PB2 and water.

  4. In another small microwave-safe bowl, add the strawberry preserves. Microwave for 10 seconds and stir. This will make it easier to work with.

  5. Using a teaspoon drop small amounts of peanut butter onto the yogurt. Do the same with the strawberry preserves. Use a butter knife to swirl them into the yogurt.

  6. Freeze the yogurt for a minimum of 2 hours.
