  • 1/2 lb. 90% lean ground beef
  • 32 tater rounds (you can find them in the freezer section)
  • Worcester sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 1/2 slices low fat American cheese
  • 32 cherry tomatoes
  • lettuce
  1. Cook tater rounds according to the directions on the package.

  2. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F for the ground beef.

  3. Roll the ground beef into small balls, then flatten them. Place them onto a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Add a drop of Worcester sauce to each mini burger.

  4. Put the burgers in the oven for 10 minutes, flipping half way through.

  5. Divide each slice of cheese into 9 pieces, you will have a little leftover. Put the cheese onto the beef, then place under the broiler until the cheese is melted.

  6. Assemble them onto the bamboo picks by adding the tomato, lettuce, beef, then tater rounds.
