Yield: 9 Servings (2 points per serving for blue and green, 1 point per serving for purple)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl add the PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter and water. Mix together until it is a smooth consistency.
Add the bananas, vanilla extract, egg and sugar-free maple syrup. Mix together with the peanut butter. Then stir in the milk.
In a medium bowl add the quick cooking oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix together.
Add the oat mixture to the batter mixture and stir thoroughly.
Spray an 8×8 pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Pour the oatmeal mixture into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Melt the sugar-free chocolate in the microwave then drizzle onto the oatmeal bars.
