I used lettuce, oven baked boneless, skinless chicken breast (seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper), cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion and orange peppers. This is 0 points for BLUE and PURPLE.
For green: I would limit the corn to 1/4 cup. The salad plus one serving of dressing is 6 points.
