  • 1 medium apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan or frying pan. Add the apples and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are soft, but not mushy.

  2. Add the cinnamon, Splenda, cornstarch and water. Stir really well, then serve.
