  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 packets Splenda
  • 4-6 strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)
  1. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, vanilla and Splenda.

  2. Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture into the pan evenly.

  3. Cut up the strawberries and add them to the yogurt. I pushed them into the yogurt slightly.

  4. Add the cocoa powder using a mesh strainer.

  5. Freeze for 2 hours.
