Yield: 1 serving (3 points for blue, green and purple)

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
  • Drop of vanilla extract
  1. Spray a mug with no-stick cooking spray. Add the flour, Splenda, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt to a mug and stir together.

  2. Add the skim milk, applesauce and vanilla extract and stir together.

  3. Put in the microwave for 60-70 seconds, or once the cake has set.
