Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl stir together all of the pumpkin pie ingredients. Once it is smooth add it to a pie dish that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 10 minutes.
While the pie bakes put all of the ingredients for the crisp together in a mixing bowl. Mix together, then evenly spread over the pumpkin pie at the end of the 10 minutes.
Bake an additional 30-35 minutes.
