Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 pre-made Pillsbury thin pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Greek yourt
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Spray a baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Unroll the pizza dough on the baking sheet.

  3. Bake the pizza dough for 6 minutes.

  4. In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese, yogurt and ranch dip.

  5. Take the pizza crust out of the oven. Evenly spread the ranch mixture over the pizza.

  6. Add the chicken and turkey bacon to the pizza then top with the mozzarella cheese.

  7. Bake the pizza 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.

  8. Top the pizza with green onions and serve.
