Yield: 8 servings (4 points per serving for blue and purple, 6 points for green)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with no-stick spray.
Combine cooked chicken, bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and light ranch dressing. Stir together and spread into the bottom of the pie plate.
Add the Bisquick, milk and eggs to a mixing bowl and stir together. Pour over the chicken mixture in a pie plate.
Bake for 25 minutes then sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
