Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 English cucumbers, peeled and cut into slices
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped yellow onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • Salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and puree until smooth.

  2. Add salt if necessary.

  3. Chill for 1 hour or overnight.
