  • 1 lb. 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 oz. taco seasoning
  • 6 Ole Xtreme High Fiber Tortillas
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded
  • Pico de gallo
  1. Brown and drain the ground beef. Break the beef up into small pieces. Add the taco seasoning and prepare according to the seasoning directions.

  2. Lay out one tortilla. Add the Mexican cheese, ground beef and pico de gallo. Fold in the sides, then the bottom, then roll up like a burrito.

  3. Wrap in a paper towel then place in the microwave 15-30 seconds, once the cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
