Yield: 6 servings (4 points per serving for blue, green and purple)

  • 1 pre-made thin crust pizza dough (I used Wewalka Bistro thin crust pizza dough)
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 fresh mozzarella cheese balls (I used Murray's)
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, sliced
  1. Preheat oven according to the directions of the pre-made pizza dough.

  2. In a small saucepan heat the olive oil and add the garlic. Saute for 30 seconds then add the tomato sauce, oregano and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Cut each mozzarella ball into 4-5 slices.

  4. Spoon the tomato sauce over the pizza (I only used about 1/4 cup). Add the basil, tomato and cheese. Bake the pizza according to the directions on the pre-made pizza dough. For Wewalka Bistro I cooked it 14 minutes, once the crust was golden.
