  • 16 oz. Spaghetti
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked
  • 2 (10/5 oz.) cans Campbell's condensed cream of chicken, 98% fat free
  • 2 cups fat-free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • parsley (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the box. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl combine the cream of chicken, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir in the chicken and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, then the spaghetti noodles.

  4. Spray a 9x13 pan with no-stick cooking spray. Add the spaghetti mixture to the pan then top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 50 minutes.
