Strawberry, Basil & Goat Cheese Focaccia

Yield: 12 servings (3 points per serving for blue, green and purple)

  • 1 Pillsbury Pizza Crust, thin
  • 1 1/2 cups Strawberries
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 oz. goat cheese crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Preheat oven according to the directions for the pizza crust.

  2. Spray a baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray and roll out pizza crust. Bake the pizza crust for 8 minutes.

  3. While the pizza crust bakes slice the strawberries and basil.

  4. Remove pizza crust from the oven and top with strawberries, basil and goat cheese crumbles.

  5. Bake pizza for an additional 6-10 minutes, until the crust is golden.

  6. Sprinkle pizza with a pinch of salt and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over it.
