Crab Rangoon

Yield: 30 (Two Crab Rangoon = 3 points for blue, green and purple)

  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 4 oz. lump crab meat
  • 3 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  1. Mix together the cream cheese, crab, green onions and garlic powder.

  2. Add a small spoonful (less than a tablespoon) of the cream cheese mixture to the center of a wonton wrapper. Brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with water.

  3. Bring two opposite corners together and make sure they are pinched closed. Do the same with the other two corners making sure the wonton wrapper is completely sealed. Repeat with remaining cream cheese mixture and wontons.

For the air fryer:
  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.

  2. Add the wontons in a single layer (you may have to do more than one batch). Spray with olive oil spray, then set the time for 9 minutes, or until the wontons are golden.

For the oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Place the wontons on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil spray. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
