  • 8 oz. Rotini pasta
  • 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded
  • Cilantro
  • Sour cream
  1. Cook and drain the pasta according to the directions on the box.

  2. Add taco seasoning and water to an empty pan. Mix together, then add the chicken.

  3. Turn the heat to low then add the salsa to the pan, stir, then add the pasta. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
