  • 2 cups uncooked ditalini pasta
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 4 oz. diced ham
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
  1. Cook pasta according to the directions on the box, then drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. Mix together the sour cream and ranch seasoning in a large bowl. Then add the cooked noodles and stir to combine.

  3. Add the broccoli, ham and cheddar cheese and stir together. Taste to see if you need to add salt and pepper. Enjoy!
