Yield: 4 servings (1 point per serving for blue, green and purple)
Start by cooking the bacon in a skillet. Once it's cooked remove the bacon. Do not clean out the pan.
Add the chopped onion and let that cook for 2 minutes.
Cut the cabbage in half and remove the core, then thinly slice the cabbage.
Add the cabbage to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
