Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (omit if you don't want it spicy)
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can of tomato sauce
  • Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. In a medium pot brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic.

  2. Drain the liquid and add the salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika and cayenne pepper. Stir until until it is mixed with the ground beef.

  3. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce and splash of Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes, then serve.
