Baked Apples

Yield: 2 servings (1 serving is 0 points for purple, 2 points for blue and green.

Ingredients
  • 2 apples (I used Fuji, but any kind will work)
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar
  • I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
  • Sugar free caramel sauce (optional - add 1 point for 1 tablespoon)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Cut the top of the apples off. Use a melon baller or spoon to scrape out the center, don't go all the way to the bottom.

  3. In a small bowl mix together the oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spray 8 times with the butter spray then stir.

  4. Add the oatmeal mixture to the apples. Bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Eat as is or add sugar-free caramel sauce or fat free Reddi Wip.
