Yield: 6 servings (4 points per serving for blue and purple, 5 points per serving for green)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown the ground beef in a frying pan. Add the taco seasoning and stir until combined.
Add the tomato sauce and cook on low.
Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces, then add to the turkey mixture. Turn off the heat and add it to a casserole dish (sprayed with no-stick cooking spray).
Sprinkle the Mexican cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
