Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lightly flour your work surface. Open the pizza dough and unroll it. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the dough.
Top the dough with the mozzarella cheese and turkey powder, leaving a 1-inch border around the dough.
Roll up the long side of the dough and seal the edges.
Use a sharp knife and cut into 14 pieces. Put the pinwheels on the baking sheet. Leave room in between since they will expand.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden.
