Ingredients
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon PB2 powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Add the banana to a nonstick, medium-sized saucepan. Mash the banana then add the remaining ingredients.

  2. Cook over medium heat 7-10 minutes, or until the oatmeal is cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.
