Ingredients
  • 1 lb. 96% lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pieces Sargento light string cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl mix together the egg, Parmesan cheese, Italian breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt and black pepper.

  3. Add the ground beef and mix together. Divide the meat mixture into 10 even sized meatballs.

  4. Cut each piece of string cheese into 5 pieces, you should have 10 pieces total.

  5. Press the cheese into the meatball then cover the cheese and seal. Place on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
