Add the romaine lettuce to a salad bowl.
Cut the cooked chicken breast into bite size pieces and add to the lettuce.
Add the bacon, egg, avocado, cherry tomatoes and red onion.
In a small bowl add the oil, water, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix it together then pour over the salad.
