Ingredients
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup - 1 cup cooked oatmeal
Instructions
  1. Add blueberries and sugar free maple syrup to a small saucepan. Bring it to a simmer, then add the cornstarch.

  2. Cook for 10 minutes on low stirring occasionally.

  3. Add 1/2 of the blueberry pie filling to 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal.
