Chocolate Cookies - Weight Watchers Freestyle

Ingredients
  • 1 2.1 oz. box sugar free, fat free instant pudding and pie filling, chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Add the egg to a medium size bowl. Scramble it lightly.

  3. Add the instant pudding mix and one tablespoon of water. Mix all of the ingredients together.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Spray your hands with a little no-stick cooking spray. Roll cookie dough into 7 balls and place them on the baking sheet.

  6. Use a fork and press a criss-cross into each cookie.

  7. Bake for 12 minutes.

  8. Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle the powdered sugar onto each one.
