This salad is seriously delicious for only 4 Smart Points! We’re talking (easy) homemade ranch, BACON, eggs, cucumbers, green onion, tomatoes and cheddar cheese. That’s a lot of goodies for only 4 points. The best part is that several of the ingredients are 0 points. So feel free to through in some extra cucumber, eggs or tomatoes. I love dill. I’m always trying to add it to recipes. Adding dill to this chicken salad made it even more delicious. If for some *crazy* reason you don’t like dill you can always leave it out.
This salad was even better than I thought it would be. Even the kiddos liked it. I don’t usually get away with making a salad for dinner, but they were happy about this one!
