It has been in the 90’s lately. With it being so hot the last thing I want is a hot meal. I’m looking for cool dishes to cool me off.
Let’s face it, there are a lot of temptations when you’re trying to diet. One thing I struggle with is going on vacation. Especially if it is a road trip. There are so many temptations!

I love bar food. Let’s be honest though, it’s not the healthiest. A burger, side of onion rings and a beer would cost quite a few points.
I pretty much love all sandwiches. For some reason when I have a wrap I feel like I’m being extra healthy.
Although I’m not a big asparagus fan, bacon wrapped “anything” is delicious!
Who out there doesn’t like brownies? Anyone? I didn’t think so.
