In the last few weeks I have heard “avocado toast” at least 10 times. The more I heard it the more I wanted to try it. I finally got around to making it and OMG….it was love at first bite!
One of my favorite snacks is the original banana bites that I make. They are made with banana, chocolate syrup, graham cracker, and fat free whipped cream. It takes about 5 minutes to throw together.
I love coming up with new ideas for my popsicle mold. I have so many ideas swirling around in my head and they all make for a delicious low point treat.
