This Quiche is so easy to make….it takes less than 10 minutes to get it ready!
I used Canadian bacon and reduced-fat Swiss cheese, but you can always switch that up. Just be sure to check the points!
Per serving this Quiche is 4 points for blue and purple, 5 points for green.
Blue is the plan I follow. I know with blue I can have 3 slices of Canadian bacon for 1 point.
I couldn’t find a block of reduced-fat Swiss cheese, so I bought it in slices. I cut it into really small pieces so that it melted good.
I used Bisquick Heart Smart to save points. I mixed that with skim milk and eggs, then poured it over the Canadian bacon and Swiss cheese.
Another thing that’s good about this quiche is that it’s great leftover. You can make the recipe for meal prep and have breakfast for a few days.
