These cracker cookies are easy to make and only 2 Freestyle points for four!
Another good thing about them is they still taste good after a couple of days. I like to have them as a sweet treat after lunch.

These cracker cookies are salty and sweet, which is one of my favorite things.
I bought Ritz Crisp & Thins (sea salt flavor). You can have 21 for only 4 Freestyle points.

If you don’t want the cracker cookies to be too salty I suggest buying the regular flavor, not sea salt.
To make these cracker cookies I started by laying out the Ritz crackers.

Next I put 5 sugar-free Werthers hard candies in a zip up bag and used a meat mallet to smash them. I did the same thing with my pretzel sticks.

Once my ingredients were ready it was time to melt the chocolate.

I used 4 Hershey’s sugar-free dark chocolates. Once the chocolate was melted I worked fast to get it onto the crackers. I needed to get the pretzels and candy onto it before the chocolate hardened again.

I used a fork to drizzle the chocolate onto the crackers. Once that was done I sprinkled on the pretzels and candy.

It’s a super easy sweet treat!
My daughter thought it was too salty for her. So again, if you don’t want it salty, buy the regular Ritz Crisp & Thins.
Since this makes 21 cracker cookies I usually store the leftovers in an airtight container.
If I’m packing a lunch for work I will pop a couple in a zip up baggie and have it for a treat. Sometimes I will only pack two cracker cookies and that’s only 1 point.

Yield: 21 cracker cookies (4 cracker cookies per serving, 2 points per serving for blue, green and purple)
- 21 Ritz Crisp & Thins (sea salt or original flavor)
- 4 Hershey's sugar-free dark chocolates
- 15 pretzel sticks
- 5 Werthers hard candies, sugar free
-
Spread the Ritz crackers on parchment paper.
-
Add the pretzels and candy to two separate zip up bags. Use a meat mallet to break them into small pieces.
-
Add the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl, and microwave until melted.
-
Drizzle the chocolate over the crackers, then sprinkle the pretzels and candy on top.

First….I have tried a lot of your recipes. I feel I can trust expensive ingredients on your recipes.
On CRACKER COOKIES could you expand on dark chocolate. Does yours come in a bar of baking squares, or chips or what.
Have wonderful holidays and thanks in advance for a response.
Hi Lynda! The chocolate I used was Hershey’s special zero sugar dark chocolate. They are mini bars that you can get at Target or some grocery stores. I hope that helps! 🙂
