I love Chex Mix! Traditional, cheddar, muddy buddies, all of them!

But the traditional Chex Mix is 4 points for 1/2 cup. The Chex Mix I make is 3 points for about 3/4 cup.

Something I did to lower the points was to not use oil or butter. Instead, I used no-stick cooking spray.
I also used Hidden Valley Ranch Dip seasoning, which is 0 points.
Chex Mix is perfect for so many different occasions. Birthday parties, holidays, or just to snack on.
They are great to have on hand. Plus it stays fresh as long as you store it in an airtight container.
My daughter helped me get the Chex Mix ready for the picture. She left the 3 goldfish out on the table. She said they are swimming to the bowl. I thought that was pretty cute so I took the picture with them in it.
This is a tasty little snack to munch on. I hope you enjoy it!
Some things I used for this recipe:

Yield: 4 Servings (approximately 3/4 cup per serving = 3 points per serving for blue, green and purple)

- 2 cups Chex gluten free rice cereal
- 1 serving Goldfish crackers, cheddar (55 pieces)
- 1 serving pretzel sticks, break each pretzel stick in half (I used Kroger brand, it was 48 pretzel sticks for 1 serving)
- 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley Ranch Dip seasoning, divided
-
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
-
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the cereal, Goldfish and pretzel sticks.
-
Spray everything with no-stick cooking spray, then sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the ranch dip seasoning.
-
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and give it a good stir. Spray again with no-stick spray and sprinkle the remaining 1 teaspoon of ranch seasoning.
-
Bake in the oven another 15 minutes.
Could you use some kind of nuts with this that would not raise points
